OPERATION | |
Q. The rotation has become slower. The tightening torque has become weaker. | A. The rotation speed changes depending on the battery voltage. Please fully charge and check again. If it is obviously slow, it is concerned that some gear teeth have been damaged. Stop using the product if it is heated. |
Q. The product body has become hot. |
|
Q. When performing a final tightening by manual rotation, there seems to exist some play. | A. A little gap exists when switching from electric rotation to manual rotation. How it is felt depends on various factors, such as the final tightening timing and the wear of the parts. When the torque is abruptly applied at the moment of switching electric rotation to manual rotation, the gear slips, which leads to damages of the gear parts. |
